Kiki Michalek
NKiki Michalek has worked as a freelance artist for over 25 years working with acrylic, watercolor, airbrush, colored pencil and graphite. Kiki is a self taught artist who specializes in pet portraits. Her love of animals is evident in her commissioned pet portraits and fine art pieces. Kiki also paints house portraits, automobiles, landscapes, caricatures, children’s illustration and more. She works on any surface including canvas, wood, jackets, motorcycles and helmets, murals, glassware, and home accessories. Her style ranges from realistic to whimsical.

Her studio, Air Borne Creations is located at 141 South Main St. in Beacon Falls. She has been at this location for the past 5 years where she meets customers by appointment and holds open studios through out the year. She has original paintings and many hand painted gift items available for sale such as cigar boxes decorated with vintage automobiles, ornaments, trinket boxes, and reproductions of her artwork on magnets and note cards.
